When paying for a service, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for services displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Pampering Oasis or employees assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

At home appointments

At The Pampering Oasis, we are pleased to offer our exceptional facial services in the comfort of your own home. To ensure a smooth and safe experience for both our clients and service providers, please take note of the following requirements and guidelines:

Service Location: Our at-home facial services are currently available only to customers residing on the first floor or in a community with a functioning elevator. This requirement is in place to ensure that our service providers can access your location without undue hardship. Please ensure your location meets this criteria before scheduling your at-home facial service.

Preparation for Services: To prepare for your at-home facial service, please ensure that our service providers have easy access to your location. Clear pathways, well-lit areas, and a clean and sanitary environment are essential for a successful session. Please note that your esthetician will arrive 15mins before your booking to set up.

Safety and Security: The safety and well-being of both our clients and service providers are of utmost importance. Our service providers have the right to refuse service if they feel that their safety or well-being is compromised in any way. Additionally, we may require additional information or verification to ensure a safe and secure service experience.

Service Agreement: By booking an at-home facial service through thepamperingoasis.com, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions related to service location, area restrictions, preparation, and safety. Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Pampering Oasis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your spa experience. Here is our refund policy:

Cancellation & Refund

If you need to cancel a spa service, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Refunds for canceled services will be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions of your booking. Email glow@thepamperingoasis.com.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.

You agree to receive promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email & SMS. If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time.

These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of the state of Florida, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.

Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Broward County.
