  • What services do you offer?
    The Pampering Oasis offers customized facial treatments. All services are mobile & performed at the client’s location or at a popup event listed on our homepage.
  • Are your products and treatments suitable for all skin types?
    Yes, facial treatments are customized for each client’s skin type.
  • How do I book an appointment?
    All treatments are customized for each individual client. We do a complete skin analysis to identify what treatment plan will be beneficial for you. Each session comes with a relaxing facial or targeted body massage.
  • Do you offer gift certificates or spa packages?
    Yes. You can view our facial treatment packages here and or gift certificates here.
  • Are there any specific pre-facial or post-facial care instructions?
    Please do not arrive at your appointment with makeup on. Avoid excessive exfoliation or scrubs on treatment areas 72 hours prior to treatment. Stop use of Retin-A, retinol, benzoyl peroxide, and astringents 5-7 days before treatment. Just got botox? Please schedule facial atleast 5 days after your last botox treatment.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    If you need to cancel a spa service, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Deposits will be non-refundable if appointment is canceled after the listed timeframe.
  • Is it safe to get a facial if I am getting treatments from my dermatologist?
    Please contact us at glow@thepamperingoasis.com if you are undergoing any advance treatments (oral or topical) with your dermatologist before scheduling an appointment.
  • Do you offer facial services at popup events?
    Absolutely! We offer 30-45 minute facial treatments during our popup events. Our setup resembles a traditional studio but is conveniently located at a popup location. Inside our tent, you'll find amenities like air conditioning, soothing aromatherapy, and everything necessary to ensure a serene and enjoyable facial experience.   • When should I arrive for my appointment?
    Please arrive 10-15 mins before scheduled time to make sure we have all needed information on file.
  • Can I bring a friend or family member to my appointment?
    Only scheduled clients are permitted in the tent at popup and other events due to state regulations.
